Overview
Developed a modern end-to-end workflow management platform for Gidz Uni Path to manage student visa processing, communication, documentation, and internal coordination in a single centralized system.
The Challenge
The company previously relied on fragmented manual workflows, spreadsheets, and scattered document handling processes that consumed significant staff time and created delays in student onboarding, visa processing, and internal communication.
Our Solution
Built a full-scale web application using Next.js and Supabase to digitize and automate the company's operational workflow. The platform centralizes student records, visa application tracking, document management, coordinator communication, and internal administration. Additional modules such as German student life guidance and onboarding resources were integrated to improve the overall student experience.
